These sessions sit beautifully somewhere between art studio, wellbeing practice and social circle, something you can look forward to that is just for you. There are no expectations of being 'good at art' and no pressure to produce perfect outcomes. We focus on the joy of the process over the end product. Experimenting with materials, letting go of stress and tension and discovering new ways of seeing and making. Each session introduces art-led prompts designed to spark curiosity and play. Yes grown ups are allowed to play too. The sessions are about breaking habitual thinking and giving yourself a chance to explore new materials, create and play without judgement. While creativity is at the heart of what we do these sessions are also about connection to gently expand your social world, to sit alongside other women, share space, talk or simply create in comfortable supportive silence. No small talk pressure, no networking just real human connection through the joy of creating. A place to switch off the noise of the world, allow your hands to be creative and find a moment that is just for you. Whether you come alone or with friends you are welcome exactly as you are. No experience needed, no homework and no judgement, just a table, materials and a gentle invitation to begin.
